إخواني وأعزائي ،،

أنا طالب مبتعث لدراسة الماجستير في تخصص إدارة الموارد البشرية في إحدى جامعات العاصمة البريطانية لندن ، ومن متطلبات إكمال هذه الدرجة التدرب لمدة لا تقل عن ثلاثة أشهر ولا تزيد عن 6 أشهر بشرط ألا تكون بداية التدريب بعد شهر أغسطس القادم في حال تم اختيار فترة الثلاثة أشهر.
أجيد اللغة الإنجليزية بجميع مهاراتها ، الجامعة مركزة على إمكانية تطبيق ما يتم تعلمه أكثر من كونه تخصص أكاديمي ولذلك حصلت على الإعتراف من الـ CIPD (أكبر هيئة على مستوى أوروبا في مجال إدارة الموارد البشرية وتنميتها).

أرغب بالانضمام في بأحد هذين القسمين أو ما يقاربهما:

- الرواتب والمكافئات.
- التطوير والتدريب.

سيتم استخدام الشركة كحالة دراسية في كتابة رسالة الماجستير وعند الانتهاء ستعطى الشركة/المؤسسة نسخة من الرسالة.

أرجو الأخذ بعين الاعتبار أنه يهمّني كثيراً مستوى موظفين الشركة ومستوى قسم التنمية والتطوير وسمعة الشركة في سوق العمل.
