system of filing before. where I have made one my daily work were
1-filing documents into each employee’s file ,save data into the system, create new employee’s file follow up documents signature circle through the departments, 2-register and deposit original passport of expatriate’s in archive safe also receive monthly report for passport renewal to be handed over to renewal officer.
3-being in charge of labor office saudization percentage and follow it up through the online website and link it monthly with the archive system data base.also, prepare monthly report for HRD manager.
4-receive weekly exit reentry report to prepare passport for visas officer
5-receive monthly report from the accountant to prepare the copies of passports charged with expenses
6-beign assigned with health certificates renewal (for kitchen chiefs and waiters), where I have to prepare monthly report of all staff need to renew their documents and also arrange their necessary hospital referral and also save these data into the system.


7-in some cases I was a back up for the personal secretary of the HRD manager and done
secretarial jobs such as faxing,emailing,type letters, answer calls, translating between english-arabic,receive guests ,schedule appointments and also conduct the pre-interview meeting for job candidates
i have also learned how to process the governmental documents such as passports and visas renwal,issueing for the hotel staff
